» How to make your appointment?

• You call the Netherlands Embassy through a special number for appointments for visa: (011)-24197750.
• Appointments can be made on Mondays through Thursdays between 10.00-16.00 hours and on Fridays between10.00-14.00hours.

Whilst making the appointment, you have to provide the officer with the following details:

1.. Date of birth of the applicant
2.. Name of the applicant.
3.. Passport number of the applicant

For the appointment you have three options:

1.. between 09.00-10.00a.m
2.. between 10.00-11.00a.m
3.. between 11.00-12.00a.m
